Institutional Expertise. Principal-Led Service.
Founder and Principal Brandon Heaver brings more than 29 years of commercial real estate, corporate portfolio management, development and construction experience serving institutional investors, private equity firms, corporations, lenders, family offices and commercial property owners.
Prior to founding Heaver Real Estate, Brandon held senior corporate real estate leadership roles with global organizations, managing complex portfolios across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and the Caribbean. He managed approximately 500,000 square feet of office, industrial, laboratory and mission-critical facilities while overseeing acquisitions, lease negotiations, construction, workplace strategy, facilities management and operating and capital budgets exceeding $25 million annually.
Since establishing Heaver Real Estate in 2015, Brandon has advised corporate, institutional, and private clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, directing more than $45 million in acquisition, leasing and disposition transactions. He has also completed valuation and portfolio analyses totaling more than $296 million for lenders, special servicers, institutional asset managers and investors, while providing strategic advisory services that include owner's representation, development consulting, financial underwriting, due diligence, entitlement and portfolio planning.
Brandon's foundation in commercial construction provides an additional advantage for clients. Before transitioning into executive real estate leadership, he worked in commercial construction and later managed Class A office interiors, industrial facilities, and mission-critical data center projects. This hands-on experience enables him to identify risks, evaluate project feasibility and oversee development and capital projects with a practical understanding of cost, schedule and execution.
Today, Heaver Real Estate combines the capabilities typically associated with large institutional firms with the accessibility, responsiveness and accountability of a principal-led advisory practice.
