Brandon Heaver offers more than 29 years of planning, site selection, development, capital improvement and portfolio management experience to assist and guide individual investors, private equity and corporations with the evaluation, acquisition, improvement and management of commercial real estate assets.

Brandon’s background includes construction, consulting and senior corporate real estate leadership roles involving over 65 office, industrial and mission-critical projects and facilities across the US, APAC and EMEA.

In these roles, Brandon was responsible for planning, acquisitions, development, leasing, capex projects up to $15 million and annual operating budgets over $25 million.

Since founding Heaver Real Estate, Brandon has managed more than $45 million in acquisition, leasing and disposition transactions and completed valuation and portfolio analyses exceeding $296 million; advising clients on everything from site selection, acquisition underwriting, entitlement strategy, due diligence, development and disposition planning.

With a foundation in commercial construction and property management, Brandon evaluates real estate from both an investment and long-term management perspective—identifying physical and entitlement risks, capital requirements, redevelopment opportunities and potential value creation.

Through Heaver Real Estate, Brandon provides private equity sponsors, investors and corporations with institutional-level capabilities through a responsive, principal-led advisory platform.
